How can we genarate better results, in a world that is more and more chaotic and competitive, counting on less and less resources to satisfy clients that are more and more demanding?
To get out harmless and stronger of the present an future turbulences that a company or an organisation has very often to face and overcome all chalenges, it must count on an agile crew ready to engage in new roads rather than docile rowers. It must count on 100% of the crew and not only on the oficers. To get that the whole company or organisation engage in the new roads that lead to Excellence, it needs the formal and emotional commitment of the management who must acompany and not only require. Nevertheless, these conditions implie, particularly, that the company or the organization remenber that it is olso made of a human comunity united by a vision, shared values and projets but also by feelings and emotions.
We do not limit ourselves to offer solutions. We commit ourselves on the ground with their implementation, accompanying our clients in the execution until the achievement of the expected results.
In addition, we ensure that the solutions we use and the tools that we install persist in time because we are leading change within the business involving, training and accompanying the persons concerned to continue applying the solutions implemented. The methodology used follows the PDCA model (Plan, Do, Check, Act):
• Understand the initial situation and identify opportunities of progress on strategy, processes and organization.
• Compare with the best practices.
• Analyze the causes of deviations from the objectives and best practices.
• Share actions, KPI's (Kee Process Indicator), objectives, timelines and methods.
• Implement selected measures.
• Manage change in the organization.
• Measure with defined KPI's and check that targets are met.
• Transform the actions implemented in new standards of work or modify existing standards.
